Sustainability is a commitment we have made with conviction and are consolidating through a path of conscious growth. It is not just an environmental issue, but an integrated approach that also involves strategic, social and ethical aspects.

In recent years we have started a series of targeted actions with the goal of creating long-term value by acting responsibly towards the environment, people and the community in which we operate. For us, sustainability means adopting a large and interconnected vision, capable of combining development and responsibility.

We understand that the transition to a more sustainable model requires constancy, transparency and a long-term vision. That is why we continue to extend our commitment, adopting increasingly effective practices and tools to reduce our impact and contribute positively to the context in which we operate.

Sustainability Report

Reporting on environmental, social and governance performance is a crucial step for us in consolidating our commitment to responsible development. With the support of external experts, we are working on drafting our first official Sustainability Report.

This document will explain our achievements to this point in each of these areas, providing a clear and transparent view of our current impact. At the same time, it will describe the three-year action plan that we have defined together with our consultants, with the aim of progressively improving our future performance.

The initiatives planned for the next three years are designed to ensure concrete and measurable progress in all key areas of sustainability, enhancing our contribution to responsible growth and shared value creation.

Through this path, we confirm our desire to operate responsibly towards the environment, people and communities, engaging in transparent dialogue with all our stakeholders and contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.

Carbon Footprint

Carbon Footprint measurement is a strategic step in our journey toward more sustainable and responsible management of our operations. With the support of specialized consultants, we have initiated a structured process to quantify the CO₂ emissions generated throughout our supply chain.

In order to support this initiative, we received support from the Marche Region, which helped make it possible to launch the project.

The analysis examines all relevant aspects of our activities: from production cycles to energy consumption, from work travel to water waste, and indirect environmental impacts related to materials, supplies and logistics. This approach will allow us to obtain a complete and in-depth view of our environmental impact.

For us, measuring the Carbon Footprint is not just a compliance, but a concrete tool to guide business decisions, promote efficiency, and actively contribute to ecological transition goals.

Photovoltaic system

Our photovoltaic system, which has been in operation since March 2022, represents one of the first concrete actions taken on the path toward more sustainable and responsible energy management.

Thanks to solar energy production, which has reached 228,000 kWh annually, we are able to cover a significant part of our energy needs, minimizing our reliance on energy purchased from external sources. This allows us to effectively curb the environmental impact of our operations and contribute to the transition to a cleaner and more renewable energy model.

Our investment in renewable energy is part of a bigger and coherent vision of sustainability, which we reinforce year after year through concrete and measurable choices.

Energy from renewable sources

In addition to producing energy internally through our photovoltaic system, since the beginning of 2024, we have chosen to purchase only certified energy from photovoltaic sources.

This decision allows us to eliminate indirect emissions linked to the consumption of purchased electricity and reinforces our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our business activities. The energy we use is accompanied by Guarantees of Origin (GO), which certify the renewable origin of the energy source, in accordance with European regulations.

This choice, together with internal photovoltaic production, allows us to reduce Scope 2 emissions, a first step towards the ambitious goal of ecological transition and decarbonization.

DHL transportation

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact throughout the value chain, we use the DHL GoGreen Plus Low Emission Transportation service for air transport, made possible by the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

Through the GoGreen Plus program, DHL reduces CO₂ emissions generated by shipments by investing in certified environmental projects and adopting low-impact solutions, such as the use of alternative fuels and electric vehicles, where available.

We have consciously chosen this shipping method because we believe that logistics should also be an integral part of a sustainability-oriented business strategy. This concrete choice reflects our desire to reduce our overall environmental impact and actively contribute to a more responsible business model.
